VAULTED is operated by GERANO VELTIS LLC. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract and provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify VAULTED promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict or close accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

We aim to present product descriptions, compatibility, images, prices and availability accurately. Minor color or packaging differences may occur. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities or cancel an affected order and issue any required refund.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when VAULTED confirms fulfillment or ships the order.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, taxes and other required amounts are displayed before order submission. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the final order total.

You may not violate law, infringe rights, submit false information, interfere with store operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a manner that burdens it, bypass security or use the store for fraudulent resale or payment activity.

Product compatibility depends on the dimensions, condition and handling of the protected item. Follow listing specifications and care warnings. Except for express written terms and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the store and its content are provided without additional warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAULTED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
